Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm


Welcome to the Moanalua High School Administrative Office. Our staff is available to assist you during normal business hours.
All visitors should report to the main office to obtain a visitor pass before entering campus. Please be sure to park in marked stalls only.

Registrar's Office 808-305-1024
The Registrar's Office handles student registration, records, transcript requests, student schedules.
It is located within the courtyard next to the Main Office.



Accounting Office
The Accounting Office deals mainly with new and exiting student financial obligations, as well as deposits and financial transactions for the school and its organizations.
Other transactions are accepted as follows:
  • MEAL PAYMENT is handled in the library with Mrs. Geri Mehrtens, PCNC
  • There is drop box (checks only) for meal payments in the main office
  • FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS are handled in the library

Attendance Office 808-305-1006
The attendance office is location on the mountain/mauka side of the administration building.

All students returning from an absence should report to the Attendance office to obtain an official excuse pass. Parents can call 305-1000 to notify the school if their child will be absent. A letter, doctor's note, or other documentation can also be submitted for verification of an excused absence.

Students who arrive on campus after the tardy bell at 8:30 am should report to the attendance office to obtain a tardy slip.

All teachers will submit attendance reports at the beginning of each period. Parents/households of students who are tardy or absent will receive a computer-generated message.

 
Health Room 808-305-1005
Students who are ill or injured should obtain a pass from their teacher and report to the health room located on the mountain/mauka side of the administration building. The main entrance can be accessed through the hallway shared by the counselors' offices.

Moanalua Food Service
Moanalua offers the following meal options:
Breakfast: Early morning breakfast items will be posted on the menu. Ceral/oatmeal will be an option at recess. Line 1 will begin breakfast service at 7:30 am

Recess Breakfast: Recess breakfast items will be posted on the menu. Two lines will sell the regular items for $1.10. Line 4 will sell ala carte items, such as water, fruit, juice, yogurt.

Lunch: Lines 1, 2, and 3 will sell the items listed on the menu. Line 4 will offer ala carte items.

The Snack Bar and Student Center Counter will only offer the ala carte item offered on Line 4 and the complete meal that is on the menu. There will also be water, fresh fruit and milk at each window.
